15th January 2024 – Applications deadline at 5pm
Appeals for admissions in the normal admissions round must be lodged in writing, giving the reasons for appeal, by the date published by NNC’s Democratic Services (please note, appeals dates for 2024 admissions will be published by 28 February 2024). Appeals submitted after this deadline will still be heard, but there is no guarantee they will be heard before the end of the school year in which the application is made.

READING AND PHONICS
From Foundation Stage onwards phonics is taught using the the DfE accredited systematic synthetics phonics programme Monster Phonics (https://monsterphonics.com/). Once completed the children move onto the support for spelling programme in Key Stage 2.
