After yet another busy term, Year 4 can safely say that we have learned all we can about the Ancient Romans and their Empire. We really got into exploring the legends of the Roman gods and enjoyed writing our own myths based around what we learnt. Well done to everyone for making some fantastic shields – we even managed to practice our battle formations out on the field, which proved quite effective against the teachers pelting us with tennis balls!
In our last term of Year 4, we will be exploring all things watery in our Rivers topic. Let’s hope there’s not too much water from the sky as we would really like to do some more outside learning this term!
